I bought the domain name bily.in a while ago, soon after my mom-in-law (Bily) passed. I always wanted to build something around caregiving on the domain.

After thinking about what to build, I opted for a place for small acts of love & gratitude, rather than directly addressing caregiving (after studying what tools I could build in this space, I decided to wait).

People often don't know how to express their love or gratitude. Bily takes away the confusion! You roll a die, after picking an area that you want to express yourself in to a loved one.... and then you share the promise as an image or a video!

Product iterations:

• The earlier design had a flow of pick a person -> pick an area -> roll the die; which I changed to roll the die (at the top) with pick an area and pick a person (optional filter)
• The earlier design was picking the data from a JSON, which I moved into Postgres so I could change the dice dynamically

• Creating an image after the die roll
• Creating a video with music after the die roll
